Our Custom Process

1. Order Your Square Footage: Input and purchase the total square footage required for your space (minimum 8 sq. ft.).

2. Submit Project Details: Provide your dimensions, project description, and design files using the intake form right here on the product page before clicking add to cart.

3. Design & Review: Chris the Decorator will draft the design layout for your mosaic. Your order includes up to two rounds of revisions to ensure the rendering perfectly matches your space.

4. Final Approval & Production Lock: Once you provide your signed approval on the final drawing, production immediately begins.

   • Please Note: Because this masterpiece is custom-made exclusively for you, once your design is finalized and approved, the order cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.

5. Delivery & Transit: Your finished mosaic will ship within approximately 5 weeks.

   • International Shipping Notice: If any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are imposed by your destination country, they will be collected by the shipper prior to delivery. The customer is strictly responsible for all duties, tariffs, and localized taxes.

We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping to our Mezzanine Members. You can enjoy this benefit, along with other exclusive perks, byjoining our Mezzanine membership program for an annual fee of $249. For all other orders, standard shipping charges apply.

**Production & Delivery**

Each custom stone item is created specifically for your project. Our team works diligently to complete your order, and once your design 
is finalized and your order ships, it will be delivered within three months or less.

**Shipping, Handling & Important Delivery Notes**

Due to the substantial weight and delicate nature of our stone goods, we highly recommend that shipments be directed to your contractor'splace of business or a commercial address equipped with a loading dock and/or a forklift.For our marble fireplace surrounds, while residential delivery via lift gate and pallet jack is possible, we strongly advise coordinating delivery through your professional installer whenever possible. We will work closely with you to finalize the optimal delivery method and address any specific requirements before your order departs. If you anticipate any challenges with a residential delivery, please contact us immediately so we can assist in making the necessary arrangements.

**Inspecting Your Delivery**

We take immense pride in our craftsmanship. Upon arrival, please carefully inspect your shipment before signing for it. If you notice anyvisible damage to the packaging, please take clear photographs of the area immediately. Furthermore, if any damage to the item itself is discovered, it must be noted on the Bill of Lading (BOL). 

Please have the driver acknowledge the damage, sign the BOL, and provide a copy for your records. This ensures proper documentation and allows us to prioritize a prompt resolution for you.

**International Duties & Fees**

Please be advised that for international orders, any customs duties, tariffs, or import taxes imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are collected by the shipping carrier and must be paid in full to the shipper prior to final delivery.

**Returns & Exchanges**

Due to the highly personalized and custom-made nature of our work, all bespoke orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases where damage has been documented according to our delivery inspection policy.
